FAQ
Will anyone outside the company see our Pictls?
Not unless you choose to share them. On Plus, Pro and Enterprise, Pictls are private by default and don’t appear in Explore or search results. On the Free plan, every Pictl is public.
Can we use Pictls in client work?
Yes. Our terms let you use, share and sell the Pictls you make. Similar prompts can produce similar pictures, so a Pictl isn’t guaranteed to be unique to you.
Can it use our brand?
On Enterprise, your workspace uses your fonts and colours. Talk to us to set it up.
Is it accurate?
Treat a Pictl like any document you didn’t write yourself: read it before you use it. Pictl is AI-generated and can make mistakes, especially with dates, numbers and spelling. On Plus and Pro you can select any area and redraw it.
